General
Do you deliver? If so what is the cost?
Yes! Encore Party Rentals will be happy to deliver your order to you.
The cost of delivery includes a “round trip” delivery and
pick up service on your original order and is based on the destination
town.Encore Party Rentals delivers Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery
can be arranged If your event is on the weekend, We typically deliver
your order on the Wednesday - Friday prior and pick it up on the following
Monday.
Tents and Canopies
I am having a party and need a tent. Where
do I start?
Our knowledgeable staff will make planning your event fun and easy! We listen
to your needs first to understand your goals. We will advise you on the appropriate
size tent for your guest count and everything else you will need to make your
event a success.
What is the difference between a tent and a canopy?
Both tents and canopies offer protection from the elements, however
there are differences between the two. Our canopies are priced to be
set up by the customer and are intended for smaller gatherings.
Canopy sizes include: 10x10, 20x20 and 20x30.
My event is on the weekend. When would you set
up the tent?
We typically deliver the tents on the Wednesday, Thursday or Friday prior to
your Function at Encore discretion because of weather.
Moonwalks
Do you have moonwalks and inflatables?
Yes we have a clown, tiger, castle and carousel themed moonwalks. We also have
an obstacle course, a slide and a soccer themed kicking game.
What are the sizes of your inflatables?
Our obstacle course is 25 feet long and 12 feet wide.
Our slide is 24 feet long, 12 feet wide and 9 feet tall
Our moonwalks are 15' x 15'
How many kids can go in them at once?
The maximum capacity of our moonwalks is 650 pounds. Children of similar size
and weight should be in the moonwalk together.
Do you deliver moonwalks? Because of the
intense demand, we rent moonwalks on a “per day” basis. You
can pick up your rented moonwalks here at Encore in Hudson. Is it easy
to set up a moonwalk? Yes! Setting up a moonwalk is simple. In your moonwalk
package you will receive everything you need including:
- the moonwalk
- a ground tarp
- an electric blower
- stakes
1.To begin the set up, lay the tarp on the area where the moonwalk will
sit.2.Roll out the moonwalk like a sleeping bag on top of the tarp, unfold3.Find
the sleeve on the side and place it over the blower, tighten the Velcro4.Plug
in the blower and turn it on and keep it during the entire duration of
use5.It should take about 3 minutes for the moonwalk to be fully inflated
and ready for use.

What kind of concessions do you have?
We have popcorn makers, sno-cone makers, slush machines, hot
dog steamers, cotton candy makers and pretzel warmers.
What flavors do you have?
Sno-cone machine: lemon-lime,
orange, cherry, grape, blue raspberry
Slush Machine: grape, blue raspberry,
margarita, pina colada, lemon
Cotton Candy Machine: pink
vanilla, orange, blue raspberry, grape, cherry
Hot Dogs: How many packages of hot dogs
